At QGenda, I served as the mobile application subject matter expert, building test strategies for product features and writing, executing, and reviewing test plans.
I partnered with Development and Product leadership early in feature planning to shape products and establish testing strategies. I delivered daily testing updates, identified delivery risks, triaged critical defects, supported SDET analysis of mobile automation failures, and validated API endpoints with Postman.
Previously at Booz Allen Hamilton, I led QA for the Airborne Hazards and Open Burn Pit Registry from 2018 to 2022.
I created manual functional and regression tests, collaborated with Product Owners on requirements and acceptance criteria, facilitated requirements sessions, and guided stakeholders through UAT. I tracked defects in Jira throughout the SDLC, maintained release-management artifacts, and helped Scrum teams deliver and verify products that met business needs.
