I am an English as a Second Language teacher and instructor who focuses on meaningful, community-focused learning. I combine classroom practice with a technology-forward approach to support students in developing language and social skills.
I have taught at Colegio Tomás Moro for 11 years as an English as a Second language teacher and worked as a Social Science teacher in Middle and High School for 8 years. I also currently teach English as a Second language at IPEFH (Elementary School) from January 2021 to date, and I previously taught Spanish as a Foreign Language and instructed students at Berlitz de México (Metepec, Edo. Méx) for 2 years.
My Masters’ Degree in Technology of Education is from Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, graduated with honours and the highest average of the generation, supported by a scholarship that covered 80% of tuition. I bring validated teaching preparation (Cambridge Teaching Knowledge Test, UNAM English Teacher Certificate), and I’m trained in flipped classroom and in managing LMS platforms like Moodle and Blackboard, plus Zoom and G-Suite tools.
