I’m a biotechnologist with 5+ years of experience coordinating R&D operations in regulated environments. I’m known for staying highly organized and detail-oriented while keeping teams aligned on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

At STAMM BIOTECH, I support project planning, timeline tracking, and deliverable coordination across multidisciplinary teams. I facilitate team synchronization meetings and agile ceremonies, and I monitor cross-team dependencies—escalating systemic blockers with functional leaders to drive resolution.

I also take ownership as a Product Lead, leading a multidisciplinary R&D team developing a continuous protein purification system. I track milestones, maintain controlled documentation, prepare project reports, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.

In GMP settings, I work as a Biomanufacturing Qualification Specialist, conducting qualification testing of in-house biomanufacturing devices and producing structured technical reports from experimental data. Earlier, I contributed as a Research Scientist for an oral vaccine candidate and as a Microbiology Analyst performing GMP- and ISO 17025–compliant microbiological assays with strong documentation discipline.
