Over 4 years as Data & AI Manager, I defined the organization’s data strategy, implemented governance and a Single Source of Truth, and launched data and AI products that directly impacted revenue, margin, and customer experience. I built high-impact solutions like a real-time analytical COGS product (enabling repricing +20% average ticket and +30% client margin) and billing/coverage improvements that raised invoicing coverage from 96% to 99.9%.

I also lead applied AI for CX with a conversational AI that achieved ~65% containment and ~80% CSAT, using a multi-agent architecture (LangChain + Langfuse) with guardrails, shadow testing, and a proprietary quality evaluation system. Alongside that, I scaled my team from 3 to up to 13 people, redesigned the Data Career Ladder, and automated Finance and SalesOps processes via Python/Airflow to eliminate ~30 hours/week of manual work.
