At TELMEX, I provide L3 support for more than 1,000 on-premise SIP/VoIP trunks and 214+ Cloud SIP Trunks, including services exceeding 1,000 concurrent sessions.

I work across Oracle Acme Packet and Huawei SBC/IMS production escalations, using SIP traces, RTP/SDP, Wireshark, and RCA. For Webex-to-PSTN interoperability, I identified a 101 versus +52 SIP mismatch and implemented HMR-based E.164 normalization.

At TELMEX, I also supported critical 911 interventions and restored Government 079 service during a migration to SIP over Internet. My work includes Intelligent Network services and TDM-to-IP evolution.

Previously, at METROCARRIER / MEGACABLE, I delivered 300+ VoIP and Carrier Interconnect implementations and coordinated Ethernet, fiber, and transport links. At AT&T MEXICO, I supported carrier transmission deployments and Huawei-to-NEC/Ceragon migrations.
