I’m looking for a role where I can deliver accurate quantity takeoffs and support project costing using Planswift, Excel, and Oasis Sales—while also applying my 3D design and drafting skills to help teams present clear, reliable outputs.

I’m a Process Executive with experience delivering accurate quantity takeoffs for lighting and lighting control devices from construction plans. I use Planswift to efficiently extract quantities, maintain organized takeoff records in Excel, request lighting vendor quotes, and consolidate quotes through the Oasis Sales program while collaborating with the pricing team for accurate project costing.

Before that, I built strong design and drafting experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman/Designer/3D Visualizer and 3D Visualizer. I generate 3D building models and facade design variations in SketchUp Pro and produce photorealistic customer presentations using 3ds Max V-Ray, along with detailed ACP installation cutting lists and glass panel installation schematics—supported by precise shop drawings, pricing estimates, and field supervision.
