What I'm looking for

I am looking for MEP/BIM roles where I can lead drafting efforts, coordinate multidisciplinary models, and produce permit-ready documentation while growing in BIM leadership and technical responsibility.

I am an experienced MEP BIM Modeler and Drafter with a strong background in translating engineer markups, technical drawings, schematics and sketches into accurate Revit and AutoCAD models. I have led drafting teams, coordinated multidisciplinary BIM integration, and ensured deliverables meet BIM Execution Plans and LOD requirements while complying with company standards and local permitting processes.

My career spans roles from AutoCAD Draftsman and Project Supervisor to Architect Associate (Electrical) and Team Lead in outsourcing environments, demonstrating reliable construction supervision, material management, and effective communication with engineers, consultants and contractors. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and relevant training in construction safety, and I approach projects with attention to detail and a focus on producing coordinated, permit-ready documentation.
