At pulseM, I established the company’s QA process as its first analyst and documented end-to-end methodologies for the SDLC and Agile development. I tested 25+ releases for a SaaS platform used by businesses to manage customer reviews.
I found a critical pre-production defect that would have prevented customers from deleting data in production, allowing the issue to be resolved before release. I also tested APIs and web and mobile applications, and supported junior QA analysts.
At Wagmo, I defined testing strategy for new features and maintained Cypress.io automated end-to-end and regression tests. Earlier, at Legalzoom, I translated requirements into test plans and cases for web applications.
