At Volkswagen de México, I own purchasing for engine components across new vehicle and powertrain programs, taking projects from sourcing and supplier nomination through production readiness and SOP.

I lead competitive RFQs, supplier capacity assessments, commercial implementation of engineering changes, and recovery actions for tooling, material, capacity, and timing risks. I work across R&D, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Planning, suppliers, and international manufacturing teams in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Previously at Schaeffler, I managed customer requirements and engineering-change workflows for an automotive program. My background also includes building and commissioning a DTV brake test bench and developing market intelligence for future electric-powertrain sourcing.
