I’m a Lawyer and Compliance Officer with over 10 years of experience across public and private sectors, including PwC Argentina and roles supporting government programs and R&D projects. I focus on turning complex regulatory requirements into practical controls, clear guidance, and actionable reporting.

At PwC Argentina, I develop and implement compliance policies aligned with local and global standards. I conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and training, investigate potential violations, and recommend corrective measures—while advising management on compliance strategy and regulatory reporting.

Previously, I served as a Legal Consultant and Internal Auditor within the UAI / MINCYT – SIGEN environment, where I performed management audits of public programs and investment-linked initiatives. I evaluated operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with government regulations, and prepared legal and audit reports for leadership.

I also bring a strong technology-and-law mindset, with work across contract management, data governance, and Data Privacy. My background includes Intellectual Property and AI-related compliance, plus hands-on experience drafting and reviewing contracts and sensitive clauses such as data protection provisions—grounded in administrative law and risk management.
