What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an early-career role where I can support patient-facing healthcare operations while growing my communications and community engagement skills, with clear mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful impact.

I’m a healthcare-focused professional with hands-on experience supporting patient workflow at Cayuga Health Heart and Vascular. I’m trained on EPIC interfaces for Medical Assistants and Patient Services Representatives, and I’ve supported daily chart preparation for multiple provider teams.

Beyond healthcare operations, I bring strong community and communications experience. I’ve developed and distributed marketing materials (social media posts, flyers, newsletters, web articles) and supported program delivery through work-study and remote design work with community leaders.

I also lead with accountability and collaboration. As Editor-in-Chief of LOGOS, I increased new editorial member retention by over 50% by integrating technical development and collaborative workshopping, and I’ve secured funding to expand programming and events.
