I've led QA engineering and validation strategy at Aurora Networks and CommScope for next-generation fibre networking platforms supporting complex HFC and PON architectures. I built a 3,000+ automated regression capability across seven product environments and introduced API validation, end-to-end testing, CI/CD and DevOps-led release practices.

Across CommScope, ARRIS, Latens Systems and Pace, I've rebuilt and scaled global quality organisations spanning the UK, India, Australia and North America. I led teams of more than 40 engineers, established follow-the-sun delivery models, and strengthened reliability, release confidence and engineering effectiveness across DOCSIS, IPTV, STB and Headend Management Systems.

I combine engineering strategy with operational delivery, including workforce planning, global resource management and a $1.5M operating budget. I've aligned quality, product and commercial priorities through customer delivery, pre-sales and programme execution.

I'm also committed to practical innovation, applying AI, automation and modern engineering practices to improve how teams work. Outside work, I lead and coach ukulele groups that raise money for local charities.
