I've led quality and testing practices across six product teams as a Principal Technologist, SDET and Quality Practice co-lead, moving teams from test-phase thinking to continuous, engineering-led quality.
At Cambridge Consultants, I led testing for complex IoT devices, cloud services and user-facing software from early concept through commercial launch, including products successfully sold through Amazon. I design C#/.NET integration and system automation, shape testability and risk-based verification, and improve CI/CD feedback through Azure DevOps pipelines.
I've also progressed through senior test engineering, automation, team leadership and release testing roles across commercial software organisations, including Redgate Software. I enjoy coaching engineers and using AI-assisted testing approaches thoughtfully, with critical review of generated code, assumptions and coverage.
