At Diageo, I built four Python applications that automate recurring order-management and reporting work. My customer price validator cut processing time by 98% for OXXO and El Palacio de Hierro, and I’m rolling it out to more customers.
I also built an Order Executor integrated with the validator to run order processing in SAP S/4HANA, and automated the daily EDICOM-to-SAP reconciliation, saving about 240 hours of manual work each year. The reporting suite also includes a weekly APERAK EDI report that runs without manual steps.
At DHL Global Forwarding, I led a global support project for DHL Same Day customers and automated QBRs and leadership dashboards with Power BI, Power Query and DOMO. I’m pursuing a master’s in Organizational Project Management and a diploma in Applied AI and Machine Learning, and I’m seeking remote opportunities in automation, data and AI, especially with startups.
