Jonathan Kore
@jonathankore
Aerospace engineering student designing VTOL drone electronics and aeroelastic flutter control.
What I'm looking for
I’m a B.Tech Aerospace Engineering student (2026) focused on turning aerospace concepts into practical systems—especially where electronics and flight dynamics meet. I’ve built real deliverables through projects and a hands-on internship, guided by structured quality requirements.
In my “PCB Design and Manufacturing For a High Performance Military VTOL Drone,” I worked with my team at Apollo Microsystems on a “high performance indigenous military grade VTOL drone” ordered by DRDO. We implemented the PCB “from scratch” following the “QAP given by DRDO,” covering procurement, microcontroller coding, PCB routing, manufacturing, and testing under ESS/CEMILAC constraints.
Now, I’m developing “Passive Control Mechanism for Suppressing Flutter in an Aeroelastic Wing with Fuel Sloshing Dynamics,” using MATLAB to study how fuel sloshing affects aeroelastic stability and vibration attenuation in a nonlinear 3 DOF aerofoil model. Beyond engineering, my “Car Sales at Hyundai – 1.5 years” and “Telescopes & Astronomy Courses Sales – 8 months” strengthened my communication, customer support, and end-to-end follow-through.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Flutter Suppression Research
Amrita Aerospace Department
May 2025 - Present (1 year 1 month)
Designed a passive control mechanism to suppress flutter in a nonlinear 3-DOF aerofoil model, focusing on how fuel sloshing dynamics affects aeroelastic stability and vibration attenuation. Conducted ongoing research and modeling using engineering analysis and research tools.
VTOL Drone PCB Intern
Apollo Microsystems
May 2025 - Jul 2025 (2 months)
Built a high-performance indigenous military VTOL drone PCB from scratch based on DRDO QAP, including electronic procurement, microcontroller coding, PCB routing, manufacturing, and testing within ESS and CEMILAC constraints. Developed and validated the design using embedded and digital electronics tooling.
Hyundai Car Sales Associate
Hyundai
Managed customer consultations, delivered vehicle presentations, and completed end-to-end sales closures for Hyundai automobiles over 1.5 years.
