Jonas Accam

I am a strategy and operations professional with experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and EY, where I have worked on complex business problems across strategy, operations, organizational transformation, and process improvement. My experience has involved conducting research and analysis, working with large datasets, developing recommendations, managing workstreams, and collaborating with stakeholders across different functions.

I also hold a master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University, along with undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Medicine, Health & Society. My education has shaped how I approach problems by helping me understand both the analytical and human sides of how organizations operate.

I enjoy taking ambiguous problems, breaking them into manageable pieces, identifying what the data and evidence are telling us, and turning those insights into practical recommendations. I am particularly interested in strategy, business operations, program and project management, research, and analytical roles where I can take ownership of problems and see the work through from analysis to implementation.

I am looking for a fully remote opportunity with an international team where I can continue building my career, take on increasing responsibility, and contribute to solving meaningful business problems.
