At Visionet Systems, I own solution architecture and data integrity for enterprise Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service platforms. I build Power Automate flows and integrations with REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps to connect CRM with ERP and third-party systems and keep reporting data accurate.
I also design Copilot Studio virtual agents and AI Builder document processing for operational workflows, and maintain SharePoint Online lists, libraries, and forms for PMO and financial reporting. Previously, I developed CRM and Power Platform solutions at Alithya and Western Computer, including Power BI dashboards with DAX measures.
