I joined Allied Universal (formerly U.S. Security Associates) in order to revisit aspects of the military that I was best suited for: teamwork, security, and adaptability. While there, I monitored camera systems connected to all electrical substations in Southern Nevada. In addition, I provided access control to the local site where I worked as well as providing guidance to all other sites.

I joined Asurion to provide a service to the public for all of their mobile technology troubleshooting needs. I mainly worked on troubleshooting cellular devices. I used multiple knowledge-bases and probing questions in order to pinpoint any issue the customer faced with their devices. I employed empathy and urgency in order to resolve their issues as soon as possible.

I became a leader at Questx as a result of my work ethic and managerial skillset. While there, I led a team of 15 agents and guided them towards enhancing their skills. In addition, I performed other duties that involved analyzing call volume and schedule adherence via Workforce Management Software.

I joined Questx as a Customer Service Representative to help with individuals who were stranded and required emergency roadside assistance. I acted as the liaison between the towing company and the customer. I was promoted to a management position immediately after the on-the-job training period due to my excellent work ethic and managerial skills.

I joined the United States Navy at 17 to challenge myself with some of the most difficult material the United States Armed Forces has to offer. While serving, I operated and maintained the nuclear and non-nuclear electrical systems onboard a submarine. This required a college-level understanding of nuclear physics, electrical theory, and thermodynamics.
