I’m a DevOps Engineer focused on cloud-native infrastructure, automation, and reliability engineering. I build AWS environments using Terraform, deploy containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes, and support them with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana. I also use Python automation for operational tasks and improving system reliability through infrastructure-as-code practices.

In my earlier roles, I strengthened my troubleshooting and support foundation. As a Field Service Engineer at ICT Africa, I monitored network infrastructure, provided user support, performed preventive maintenance on IT machines and devices, and assisted with cabling, patching, and device configuration. As a Junior Network Engineer at PAC University, I configured and troubleshot Cisco routers and switches, including VLANs, DHCP, and LAN connectivity.

I also gained hands-on experience supporting communications and enterprise systems. I supported VoIP deployment and troubleshooting of IP phones, and assisted users with ERP, LMS, and email system issues—experience that helped me think end-to-end about reliability and user impact.

On projects, I’ve designed AWS cloud infrastructure with VPC, subnets, security groups, and IAM roles using Terraform, and created reusable Terraform modules for deployment. I’ve containerized applications with Docker, deployed workloads using Kubernetes manifests, and implemented monitoring dashboards with Prometheus and Grafana—always aiming for repeatable, observable infrastructure.
