What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can run high-impact process control using DCS/SCADA, improve efficiency and product quality, and lead with strong HSE discipline—while continuing to apply clean-energy thinking to sustainable industrial operations.

I’m a Production Manager / CCR Operator with a BSc in Renewable Energy & Biofuels Technology, built on both clean-energy fundamentals and real operational discipline. I’m driven by sustainable industrial operations and clean energy transitions, with training spanning solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, biofuel, and hydrogen & fuel cell systems.

In industry, I developed hands-on expertise through my biogas plant internship at a 2.2 MW facility supplying the national grid. I supported electrical maintenance and mechanical upkeep, including servicing and repairs of pumps and generators, fault finding, and strict safety, health, and environmental best practices.

Since January 2026, I oversee full cement manufacturing process control from the Central Control Room using DCS/SCADA systems. I monitor and control kiln, raw mill, cement mill, and packing plant operations in real time; analyze process data to optimise clinker quality and energy efficiency; coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to reduce downtime; and enforce HSE protocols while producing shift reports and KPI dashboards.
