I'm seeking a senior Production or Operations Management role where I can apply operational excellence, lean manufacturing, KPI management, and cost-reduction expertise to improve plant performance.

I'm leading plant operations at ENI Kenya BV across production, maintenance, logistics, quality, cost control, contract administration, and HSE. I align cross-functional teams to deliver safe, compliant, efficient operations and plant objectives.

Across ENI Kenya BV, WTS Energy, Movit Products, Unilever Kenya, and Kapa Oil Refineries, I've led production planning, workforce deployment, process optimization, quality monitoring, and maintenance coordination. I've helped raise plant utilization from 20% to 85%, improve OEE from 30% to 85%, and increase productivity from 9.32 to 12.37 cartons per head.

I use Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean Six Sigma, KPI monitoring, and root-cause analysis to strengthen operational reliability, reduce losses, and build production-team capability.
