I’m looking for an assistant/operations role where I can organize calendars, prioritize email, and keep daily workflows running smoothly. I want to learn fast, work reliably with a supportive team, and support high-value tasks with clear communication.

I help streamline calendar and inbox management by organizing schedules, prioritizing emails, and ensuring nothing important is missed. I’m eager to learn and grow in this field, and I bring hands-on experience with Google Calendar and Google Sheets to support efficient, reliable daily operations.

In my local government experience, I supported daily workflows by organizing documents, handling basic administrative work, and providing general office support to reduce the team’s workload. I also gained exposure to tourism office operations as a Junior City Tourism Officer, supporting simple coordination activities and maintaining organized document handling.

Beyond day-to-day organization, I’m detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated—qualities I use to keep communication clear and tasks on track.
