I’m seeking a challenging role where I can lead finance and operations end-to-end—budgeting, accounting, procurement, compliance, and team development—while improving systems, reporting integrity, and cashflow planning to support strategic decisions.

I’m a Finance and Operations Manager with hands-on experience across end-to-end accounting, month-end and annual closings, and the preparation of accurate financial statements that support data-driven decisions. I lead annual financial planning, budgeting, fund management, and donor cost allocations, while providing close oversight through variance analysis and cashflow planning.

My work blends finance discipline with operational execution: I manage procurement of goods and services, coordinate travel and logistics, maintain the fixed asset register, and ensure compliance through auditing, grants regulations, and statutory filings. I also strengthen teams through hiring, training, and process improvements—using ERP and accounting systems (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) to improve reporting integrity and enable better decision-making for senior management and boards.
