What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven finance and accounting specialist with over eight years of progressive experience supporting professional services and non-profit environments. I lead full-cycle accounting, management reporting, budgeting inputs, and financial close with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and internal controls.
In my current role, I prepare management accounts, monitor cash flows, support budgeting and financial planning, and perform bank reconciliations, general ledger reviews, and variance analysis. I also manage statutory tax filings (VAT, PAYE, and withholding taxes) and oversee award lifecycle work—from budget analysis and due diligence to partner onboarding and closeout—while supervising junior staff and strengthening accounting processes.
Previously at LVCT Health, I ensured transactions were posted correctly under donor-specific reporting requirements, processed accounts payable and payroll using Navision, and supported internal and external audits through complete schedules and responsive documentation. I’ve also contributed to ERP and controls improvements via Ezen Financials, supported risk mitigation through streamlined audit preparation, and mentored teams to build a culture of compliance and accountability.
