What I'm looking for

I am seeking senior leadership roles where I can scale Agile across the enterprise, lead program and portfolio transformations, drive tooling and process consolidation, and deliver measurable cost savings and faster time-to-market.

I am a Vice President-level Agile and Program Management leader with deep experience scaling SAFe, building Agile PMOs, and delivering multibillion-dollar revenue streams for Fortune 500 companies. I lead global teams, consolidate tooling and processes, and have delivered multimillion-dollar OpEx savings through portfolio and work management transformations.

My career spans hands-on transformation, program and portfolio leadership, and executive stakeholder engagement across regulated industries and large enterprises. I have led 58+ Agile Release Trains, managed teams of 65–110 coaches and delivery roles, and delivered measurable outcomes including tool consolidations, financial system modernizations, and shortened release cycles.
