John Quigley
@johnquigley
Entry-level business analytics student-athlete turning data into operational and marketing impact.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Business Analytics major and division I student-athlete who uses data to improve decision-making across operations and marketing. I build structured Excel databases, work with SQL and analytics tools, and translate insights into actions teams can execute.
In my internship with OneKnoxSC, I partnered with the social-media team to develop creative concepts like merchandise drops, color palettes, and posted designs for Instagram. I also built and maintained Excel databases to track and organize prospective recruits, and I coordinated game-day logistics including merchandise setup, sales, and event presentation.
Beyond academics and work, I’ve led at the student level as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). I was elected by peers to represent every varsity sport, facilitate monthly meetings, and champion mental-health initiatives, campus-wide service projects, and policy recommendations to athletics administration.
With certifications and hands-on tool experience, I’m prepared to support an analytics-focused role that values clear communication, reliable execution, and curiosity—especially where Excel, SQL, Tableau, SAS, Python, and GenAI can drive measurable outcomes.
