I lead Body Weld production operations at Y-tec Keylex Toyotetsu Alabama, directing daily performance for teams of 7 to 21 employees across safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.

I partner with Maintenance and Engineering on Kaizen work that reduced typical maintenance-repair downtime from about two hours per day to roughly 30 minutes when downtime occurs. I also monitor work-in-process inventory and support standard-work changes that improve line consistency.

Previously at Steelcase, I supervised 16 employees in a 35,000-square-foot warehouse and directed outbound movement of up to 4,000 pieces per shift across 7 to 12 trailers. I used SAP to resolve load shorts, trace freight, manage inventory, and support shipping execution.

My background also includes depot coordination and loading leadership at Bimbo Bakeries USA, where I managed distribution logistics, inventory accountability, team training, and vendor relationships. I bring hands-on experience improving warehouse, manufacturing, and supply-chain operations while maintaining high standards for safety and service.
