I identify questionable category placements, incomplete metadata, conflicting product information, and title–image mismatches. I also assess distinctions among products, parts, accessories, and related categories to support consistent classification and marketplace discoverability.
I document and track listing-quality risks, escalate findings when needed, and follow up on correction status before auction go-live. I use spreadsheet, CSV, and ticket-based workflows to review catalogs and support monitoring and reporting.
At LiveAuctioneers, I performed catalog parsing and structured listing-data validation, applying formatting and quality guidelines. Earlier, at iQor Philippines, I supported U.S. telecom customers through service workflows, issue documentation, and resolution follow-up.
