At Mexcor International Wines & Spirit, I directed domestic and international logistics and built the company's AES export compliance process, covering export documentation, shipment labeling, and carrier coordination.

I negotiated freight contracts across FTL, LTL, parcel, courier, and international transportation providers. I also coordinated shipment execution, carrier selection, routing, and delivery performance.

At Frank-Lin Distillers, I managed inventory control in U.S. Customs-bonded warehouses containing imported wines and spirits. I supported audit readiness through cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and regulatory documentation.

Most recently, as Operations Manager at Innerstate Angels, I managed end-to-end operations, workforce planning, dispatch, and transportation coordination. I developed procedures and monitored operational KPIs, budgets, service quality, and compliance.
