What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my driving and community engagement skills while contributing to meaningful projects.

I am a dedicated and self-motivated professional with a strong background in transportation and community development. Currently, I serve as a Driver II at the University of Dar es Salaam, where I ensure reliable transportation services for staff, faculty, and students. My role involves maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and safety while coordinating schedules efficiently with the university’s transportation office.

Previously, I gained valuable experience as a Community Development Officer during my practical training at Mwananyamala Ward. This role allowed me to engage with the community on various development initiatives, conducting needs assessments, and collaborating with local leaders and NGOs to implement effective action plans. I am passionate about empowering communities and facilitating their active participation in local decision-making processes.
