I’m a motivated transport and logistics professional with a strong academic foundation in Road and Railway Transport Logistics Management from the National Institute of Transport (NIT) in Tanzania. My degree has given me a practical understanding of supply chain operations, transportation logistics, and inventory management.

I’m proficient in using logistics software and tools to optimize processes and reduce costs. I bring a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving habits, and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients through clear communication.

In my role as an assistance transport operation officer at Vikram Logistics Tanzania Limited (July–Dec 2025), I helped improve cargo delivery by optimizing logistics coordination and reducing delays. I monitored vehicles with real-time visibility and tracking, and provided customers with updates on the safety of cargo, expected time of arrival, and prompt delivery.

I also focused on performance monitoring by tracking drivers’ behavior—reducing harsh braking, idling time, speed issues, and improving on-time delivery. I’m eager to continue growing in transport operations, applying fleet and transport management skills to strengthen safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
