I’m a results-driven Research Assistant and Data Analyst with hands-on experience supporting data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting across community health and youth empowerment programs. I focus on turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and structured, publication-ready documentation.

In my recent roles, I’ve collected, cleaned, and analyzed program datasets to generate evidence-based insights that support organizational decision-making. I produce structured reports and executive summaries that translate complex findings into practical recommendations, and I maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance with program standards.

I also coordinate and contribute to monitoring and evaluation by supporting data collection and tracking systems, documentation and evaluation of program activities, and the design of data collection tools and monitoring frameworks aligned with project goals. With training in SPSS, STATA, and Python for data analysis, plus a strong foundation from my BSc in Economics, I collaborate effectively in remote and cross-functional environments.
