At Providence, I led delivery of RTLS services—including infant protection, temperature monitoring, staff protection, and patient tracking—across more than 51 hospitals and 2,000+ clinics. I also coordinated expansion of Imprivata security solutions across the system.
At Microsoft IT, I was accountable for service management across the HRIT portfolio of 60+ applications. I drove service maturity efforts, formal SLA and service review engagements, and coordination with engineering teams.
Earlier at Microsoft IT, I co-created the Featherweight ServiceEngagement model and established a framework for tracking and analyzing service KPIs in Finance IT. I also acted as interim Service Owner for the ITSM solution and first MSIT CMDB during incident and release management deployment.
