At ProSource - Centerbase, I delivered 30+ client firm migrations with zero client escalations. I own test and final migrations from discovery and mapping through reconciliation, UAT, cutover, and support.

I built Claude Code skills and plugins to speed up schema discovery and extract screenshot and PDF data for mapping and validation. I also created interactive HTML validation reports for law firm administrators and lawyers.

Using AI-assisted workflows, I shortened final migrations from a week to a few days. I documented reusable scripts, system-specific caveats, and procedures with Git-versioned skills and plugins.

Earlier, I migrated legacy JDA scripts to Azure SQL at DXC Philippines - Procter & Gamble, developed SQL solutions at HC Consumer Finance PH - Home Credit Group, and built SQL Server and SSIS business intelligence components at Accenture Inc. - Entergy.
