What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own end-to-end supply chain execution—procurement through S&OP, logistics, and cost-to-serve—building scalable processes, supplier relationships, and measurable margin improvements with strong cross-functional teams.

I’m a senior supply chain leader (MBA) with 20+ years across CPG and retail, where I lead procurement, contract manufacturing, S&OP, logistics, and supply chain finance. My focus is translating data into cross-functional execution that improves service and customer experience while reducing total delivered cost.

I build scalable processes, supplier partnerships, and performance scorecards to drive margin, resiliency, and growth. I’ve delivered $5M+ year-over-year savings and enabled $1B in supported sales through capacity and sourcing strategies.

Highlights include being the business lead for the Ariba SAP Supply Chain Collaboration solution for Campbell’s contract manufacturing (with $5M on year-over-year cost savings over a base spend of $220M) and implementing S&OP supply review leadership for Godiva Americas to a $360M revenue plan.

I also lead large, people-centered organizations—most recently directing Americas supply chain for procurement and co-manufacturing, leading teams that manage high-volume network and cost models, and negotiating global manufacturing and distribution contracts (including $23M spend across 500+ SKUs). I’m energized by building next-day delivery and “single POD tracking” logistics models as alternatives that strengthen speed, visibility, and execution.
