I lead finance for EY Uganda, partnering with firm leadership, engagement managers, and senior managers on budgeting, forecasting, engagement economics, profitability, and financial governance.
Previously, I supported St. Francis Hospital Nsambya with a UGX 44bn annual budget and a UGX 279.0bn five-year funding strategy. I also produced Board reporting, supported investment appraisals, and led the finance team through an external audit.
Across healthcare, professional services, and multi-site operations, I've strengthened working capital, controls, reporting, and business decision-making. I've also led fundraising and branch expansion initiatives, including a UGX 305m new branch establishment.
