What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead finance strategy and partner with business leaders to improve profitability, working capital, and governance—while building and coaching high-performing finance teams.

I’m a strategic, commercially focused Finance Business Partner with over 4 years of progressive leadership across professional services (EY), healthcare, and multi-site operations. I partner with non-finance leaders—doctors, heads of departments, project managers, and senior executives—to turn financial information into actionable insights that support performance, growth, and sustainability.

As Country Finance Lead (Finance Manager) for the EY Uganda Practice, I lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management aligned to local and global EY policies. I oversee working capital and cash discipline, coordinate tax/statutory/group reporting, review engagement economics and profitability, and embed financial governance across both local and offsite finance teams.

Earlier, as a Cost and Management Accountant at St. Francis Hospital Nsambya, I supported multi-year budgeting and funding strategy, produced board and management reporting, led through an external audit, and advised procurement and drugs committees as Official Financial Advisor. I also led finance direction at Doctors Case Medicals Ltd, establishing new branches, strengthening controls, and sustaining profitability through COVID-19.
