I’m an Automation Specialist and GHL-focused client systems specialist with hands-on experience in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, workflow building, and client system audits. I conduct technical audits on GHL sub-accounts to assess workflow logic, automations, and lead form integrity, then troubleshoot and fix issues across automation logic and workflow enrollment conditions.

I also support reliable execution end-to-end—building and optimizing CRM workflows, triggers, and lead routing systems for outreach and booking flows. I use assistive AI tools to enhance workflow documentation and campaign mapping, collaborate with teams using ClickUp, and manage email and SMS campaign operations to drive smoother, streamlined operations.
