My experience spans developing growth strategies for start-up companies to designing delivery models, executing operational turnarounds, and leading large-scale, complex projects—from design to implementation.

With a passion for digital transformation and business development, I have worked with both small and mid-sized startups as well as large private and public entities. If needed, I bring extensive experience in business analytics and research and have conducted highly specialized sector analyses, as demonstrated in my previous work with IP, Standard-Essential Patents, and FRAND cases.

Additionally, I have experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery models), knowledge that I have deployed both in software development and other project settings.
