As a Quality Assurance Analyst with 4+ years in manual & automation testing, delivering 15+ projects in banking & fintech. Skilled in Cypress, JMeter, Postman, Jira. Seeking a role in a tech-driven company to ensure software quality in Agile settings. Eager to drive quality improvements & grow as a QA professional. Open to on-site, hybrid, or remote roles in Nairobi or globally.

I am a dedicated Quality Assurance professional with over four years of experience in manual and automation testing, having delivered 15+ projects across banking, SACCOs, corporates and payments. I hold ISTQB Foundation certification and continuously upskill through courses in Cypress, Postman and JMeter.

In my current role I design test scenarios and user stories, create manual test cases and automated scripts with Cypress and JavaScript, execute functional and performance tests with JMeter, and perform API testing using Postman and Newman. I track defects and report status using JIRA, TestRail and Trello, and I cross-check account entries at the database level.

I mentor junior QA staff and interns, provide team training, and have been recognized for identifying critical pre-release defects and maintaining appraisals above 85%. I seek to apply my technical testing skills and leadership to deliver high-quality, reliable software.
