I am a Cloud Technical Engineer and Data Scientist with hands-on experience building cloud architectures and delivering analytics solutions that improve operational outcomes. I combine technical consulting with data science to solve client problems and optimize workflows.

In my current role at Westcoast Cloud Ltd. I apply advanced analytics to large datasets, create tailored Tableau and Power BI dashboards, and develop ETL and data storage solutions that preserve integrity and availability. I have a track record of troubleshooting complex issues and delivering software enhancements that improve user satisfaction.

Previously, I worked in collections and as a subject matter expert at RingCentral and Google, where I developed reporting, trained staff, and improved client communication processes. I consistently translate technical analysis into actionable insights and measurable KPI improvements.

I hold an M.S. in Data Science (Graduated With Distinction) and maintain certifications and coursework in cloud development, AI, NLP, predictive modelling and big data technologies. I focus on building scalable data solutions and effective client relationships to drive successful project outcomes.
