At PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), I built an LLM-powered customer complaint triage system using Gemini 2.5 Pro and shipped a data pipeline and REST API for network traffic logs. I also co-designed a ticketing and monitoring module for tracking fault resolution.

On SORT-tendance, I’m building a real-time attendance-validation system that combines person detection, face recognition, and body re-identification under a 2GB VRAM constraint. Across 21,578 test cases, it achieved 96.5% TPR and 0% FAR; its fallback re-identification cascade reached 98.95% IDF1 at 100-frame scale.

I’m also developing VIRA, a Windows system-tray application for real-time deepfake audio detection during calls. It uses a two-stage AASIST and RawNet3 inference cascade, WASAPI loopback capture, and system-level microphone-use detection. I’m targeting Solution Architect and Forward-Deployed Engineer work where I can own the customer problem, design the pipeline, and ship the artifact.
