I’m a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach and registered dietitian who provides individualized nutrition assessments and medical nutrition therapy via telehealth. I co-create SMART goals using motivational interviewing to support sustainable life changes around weight loss, heart health, diabetes, and healthy eating habits.
At Hinge Health, I’m recruited to develop program and best coaching practices, including building a women’s pelvic health department and coaching clients through coach calls, text, and in-app messaging. I also mentor and support new and struggling coaches on time management, effective workflows, and efficient use of technology, and I’ve served as a nutrition subject matter expert by facilitating online nutrition groups. Previously, as one of the first remote health coaches for a growing startup, I onboarded members, assessed clinical risk and readiness to change using MI, and helped establish a model that scaled to hundreds of roles.
