What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive team where I can grow as an RN, deliver compassionate evidence-based care, collaborate across disciplines, and deepen my experience in medical and hemodialysis nursing with strong mentorship.

I’m a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate from Chamberlain University, and a U.S. Army veteran. I bring a service-oriented mindset, a strong clinical foundation, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care.

Through 650+ clinical hours across a range of specialty settings, I’ve built hands-on experience that supports safe, patient-centered outcomes. I’m especially drawn to care environments that value thorough assessment, individualized planning, and clear communication with patients and families.

Professionally, I currently work as a Medical Registered Nurse at Lakeland Regional Health, where I assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult patients with acute and chronic conditions. I also served as an In-Center Hemodialysis Nurse (RN) at DaVita Kidney Care, providing safe hemodialysis treatment, monitoring vascular access and vital signs, and responding quickly to clinical changes.

I’ve also demonstrated leadership through academic simulation—mentoring students and supporting high-fidelity learning experiences—and I’ve earned recognition through Dean’s List/Honor Roll and induction into Sigma Theta Tau. Whether through mentorship or community service, I focus on teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
