Joao Vitor Franco Moraes

I’m a Técnico em Administração by ETEC João Elias Margutti, and I’m currently in the first module of Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas at UNIFEOB. I bring a practical, organized approach to internal processes, combining administration routines with a strong willingness to learn and apply systems in real work environments.

In my internship experience, I supported administrative routines and public/internal service—helping with acervo bibliográfico, organization of materials, and document-related tasks. At the Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Cruz das Palmeiras, I assist the Cadastro Fiscal sector with customer support, updating property and document information in internal systems, organizing, checking, and digitizing documents, and supporting the control and maintenance of cadastral data.
