I’m a UX/UI Designer with 3+ years of experience designing end-to-end web and mobile products, plus 5+ years in design. I’m driven by user-centered decision-making, using research and usability evaluation to turn insights into robust, scalable interfaces.

At Lactec Research Institute, I led UX planning and design for more than seven digital products across multidisciplinary teams, from user-flow mapping and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. I evaluated legacy systems using Nielsen’s heuristics and multiple research approaches, then led redesigns that improved usability, accessibility, and consistency through data-driven design decisions. I also created and documented a complete design system in Figma (tokens, components, interactions, and guidelines) and built a copy and microcopy manual to strengthen brand voice and UX writing.

Through the Apple Developer Academy, I ran discovery using qualitative research and interviews, collaborated in agile workflows (Scrum, MoSCoW, design sprints), and designed interfaces for mobile apps, tablets, and smartwatches with a strong focus on usability and accessibility. I developed design systems using Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, conducted usability tests, and helped launch three iPhone apps and one Apple Watch app—reaching approximately 900 downloads and 26+ organic paid purchases—while defending work in English in design critiques and pitches.
