What I'm looking for

I’m excited to return to The Voke as an Administrative Assistant, bringing my organizational and operational experience, technical support background, and personal connection to the school to support its students and staff.

My background is in architecture, but my interests have grown into a mix of design, education, research, games, and systems thinking. I really enjoy working on projects that sit somewhere between creative problem-solving and practical coordination, whether that means developing a building, helping someone understand a design tool, organizing a project, or figuring out how a complicated system can be made easier to navigate.

My graduate thesis explored play-based learning in architectural education. I designed and tested a series of physical games that used collaboration, experimentation, constraints, and feedback to teach architectural concepts in a more active and engaging way. The research came from a question I kept coming back to: how can we make learning feel less like following instructions and more like figuring something out for yourself?

Alongside my design work, I’ve worked in architectural practice, academic support, AI-in-education research, student technology support, and creative entrepreneurship. Those experiences have taught me that I really enjoy being the person who can move between ideas, people, and details, whether I’m drawing something, organizing information, troubleshooting a problem, or helping someone else get unstuck.

I’m especially interested in opportunities that bring together design, creativity, education, research, and collaboration. I’m always happy to talk architecture, games, weird design problems, or new ways of doing things.
