What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own internal controls and AML/CFT compliance while building automated dashboards, reconciliation tools, and ERP/reporting workflows using Excel and AI-assisted methods.

I’m an Internal Control Officer focused on strengthening compliance, risk monitoring, and audit readiness. At Sipradi Hire Purchase Pvt. Ltd., I ensure organization-wide adherence to NRB rules, regulations, and directives, supporting NRB inspections, statutory audits, and internal audits with timely, accurate reporting.

My work centers on building practical AML/CFT controls and clearer governance. I drafted and implemented the AML/CFT Policy, including KYC, KYV, and Enhanced Due Diligence (ECDD), and I handle TTR, STR, and SAR reporting while designing flagging/trigger mechanisms to improve AML/CFT monitoring and risk mitigation.

I also drive operational improvement through data and automation. I oversaw the transition from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to GURU ERP to minimize disruption and increase user adoption, and I train branch staff on compliance and internal control procedures. Previously, as an Internal Audit Officer, I conducted operational and financial audits across branches and streamlined verification using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Looker.

Beyond compliance, I deliver measurable technical impact using advanced tools, formulas, macros, and AI-assisted solutions—even without formal programming/coding skills. I built an end-to-end Hire Purchase Dashboard for NPA analysis, automated bank reconciliation using GPT-assisted logic with Google Colab, converted a 400K+ row dataset into an interactive aging dashboard, and created automated adverse media screening for credit and compliance monitoring.
