In my current role as an Assistant Manager, Finance, I lead financial accounting, compliance, and cashflow visibility in a liquidity‑constrained, multi‑stakeholder environment. I’ve designed and implemented weekly cashflow forecasting and liquidity tracking, prioritizing payroll, statutory dues, and critical vendor obligations.

I strengthen control and trust through payment sequencing, approval controls, and auditable audit trails. I coordinate internal and external audits, manage working capital and receivables control, and handle VAT, Income Tax, SSF, and CIT compliance—while partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Auditors to align billing logic, revenue recognition, and documentation.

Across ERP systems (Rigo ERP, Tally, Synergy, OMS, MRSolutions, Odoo) and analytics tools, I focus on operational discipline: reconciliations, documentation improvements, SOP gap identification, and data cleansing to reduce dependency on individuals. I also mentor teams, stabilize reporting cycles during staffing transitions, and build strong workflows using tools like JIRA/Atlassian and basic Power BI visualization.
