At IT Profound, I build and maintain Playwright automation frameworks in JavaScript for hospitality, restaurant POS, OTA, airport transit, and e-commerce products. I automate end-to-end workflows spanning reservations, room allocation, billing, payments, reports, and checkout.

On eHotl, Stay Transit, and Dineazy, I've tested PMS, OTA, and POS integrations including Booking.com/Expedia flows, payment gateways, and POS-to-PMS room charges. I also validate REST APIs with Postman and database records with SQL to ensure accurate transactions and data consistency.

I've supported Agile release cycles through regression testing, JIRA defect triage, test reporting, and release-readiness discussions. My work uses reusable Page Object Model components, cross-browser execution, test evidence, and data-driven scenarios to make automation scalable and dependable.
